Rock & Rye American Bar

The bartenders are awesome and attentive. The vibe is immaculate. I asked Trey to make me his favorite drink to make and like a magician he guessed my favorite drink- an espresso martini. This is easily top 3 I’ve ever had- maybe even #1. So glad we stumbled upon this place on our trip!

Only ended up here because we were looking for decent food around 11 pm. (Who knew Boston basically closes at 10 on the weeknight?) But anyway, we stopped in. Pulled pork grill cheese was absolutely delicious. Mozzarella sticks were just okay. And my husband's sandwich was really good. Awesome service, very sweet people. Only stayed long enough to eat, but would recommend.

I got this amazing watermelon bloom drink from one of the bartenders Trey This place is a whole vibe! The drink I had was not only delicious but also straight-up adorable — topped with a rubber ducky, fresh edible flower, and a watermelon skewer? Like, come on! It was almost too cute to drink… almost. The bartenders were AMAZING — super friendly, creative, and clearly love what they do. They made the experience fun from start to finish and really put love into each cocktail. The atmosphere? INSANE. Neon lights, funky decor, playful energy everywhere. It’s the type of spot where you walk in and instantly feel like you’re at the right place to let loose and have a great time. If you want great drinks, good energy, and Instagram-worthy moments, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back again!

My friend and I came here over the weekend before a comedy show. I will definitely be back. The vibe, bartenders, drinks, and food was amazing! I had a mocktail and it was delicious, the mini smash burgers were really good and nice to share. Great music and the bartenders were super nice and outgoing! I will be back!

We stopped in for a beer and ended up getting some appetizers - loaded tots and mac and cheese. My wife also got the salted caramel martini. Everything was amazing, and the bartender - Mauricio - was attentive. We went back a second time, and Mauricio was there again. He remembered the beer I drank from our first visit. We ended up getting a couple of cocktails. He makes a wonderful old fashioned. When we come back to Boston, we're going to visit again.

We absolutely love Rock and Rye. I wish Blondie’s would take some notes and go as hard as Rock and Rye. Mauricio is the best and made us killer drinks. Can’t beat the pink flamingo
